Middle Eastern Favorites by Chop, Wok, & Talk!
Enjoy your favorite dishes from the Middle East with Dorothy from Chop, WOK & Talk! In this class, you will learn how to prepare and cook authentic Middle Eastern recipes. Cooking is completlely hands-on and from the novice to the expert, you will enjoy a delicious night of Middle Eastern cuisine.

On the menu:
-Appetizer plate with muhummara (red pepper and walnut dip) and hummus with homemade 'no yeast' grilled flatbread
-Grilled lamb kebabs with yogurt sauce
-Shwarma spiced grilled vegetables
-Persian jewled rice with dried fruit and nuts
-Syrup soaked cheese pastry in shredded phyllo dough (Knafeh)
-BYOB

This is an interactive cooking class.

Aprons and recipes provided. Please arrive 15 minutes early.

Guests must wear closed-toe shoes.

*If class is cancelled due insufficient registration, you may switch to another class or receive a full refund. Classes with less than 12 people will be cancelled.
*We reserve the right to make changes to the menu, if needed.

Express Scripts Charity Golf Outing

Join Express Scripts for our Ninth Annual Charity Golf Outing to benefit the American Heart Association!

Golfers will enjoy an 8:00 a.m. shotgun start with a scramble format, 18 holes of golf with cart, hot dog and drink at the turn, buffet lunch, skill prizes, skins, 50/50, and basket raffle.  Cost per golfer is $67.00, non-golfers interested in meal-only cost $24.
