Michael Kline is the founder and principal consultant of MKMC Consulting LLC, a Pittsburgh-based strategic communications firm specializing in Fractional CMO services, marketing automation, and custom AI application development. With over 25 years of marketing experience, including 19 years as a senior executive for international trade associations, Mike brings a unique blend of technical expertise and relationship-focused business strategy to his clients.

As a mission-driven leader, Mike has a proven track record of driving engagement and revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies and customer experience optimization. His approach combines cutting-edge technology with human-centered service design, helping businesses build systematic processes that efficiently guide customers from initial contact through long-term relationship building.

Mike hosts the "I Want A F*cking Job" podcast, where he brings his Gen X perspective to discussions about the modern job market. He holds a BA in Marketing Communications from Duquesne University.

When working with clients, Mike emphasizes a personable approach that makes business both effective and enjoyable. His philosophy centers on the belief that authentic relationships and human interaction are the fundamental keys to business success.

Mike and his family have lived in North Huntingdon Township for over 22 years. His three children are all Norwin graduates and his wife, Lori, is a teacher in the South Allegheny School District.
