A youth serving organization whose mission is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the scout oath and law.  The Boy Scouts also provide educational and outdoor experiences.

Employees:  12 Auxiliary, 16 Officers, 58 Firemen
(the 16 officers are also firemen) - note the 86 are volunteers not employees.

Mission statement:  The Irwin Business & Professional Association is an all volunteer group that promotes the health and vitality of Main Street for the benfit of the surrounding community.

Fraternal organization with over 1200 members at present time.

The Goal of the Norwin Historical Society is the Preservation and Promotion of the Local History of Irwin, North Irwin and North Huntingdon Township.

Non-Profit Agency that provides services and job opportunities (shredding, manufacturing and embroidery).

Women's networking organization that provides personal and professional resources to advance the presence of aspiring, successful business women.
