We are a non-profit business that provides educational and counseling services to local public school districts in Westmoreland and Eastern Allegheny Counties for at-risk students.  Our program is located in the former Hartford Heights Elementary School, which  was previously owned and operated by the Norwin School District.

A private academic pre-school for 3 and 4 year olds.

We have programs for daycare, preschool and kindergarten and operate the Norwin School District Safeguard Program in all elementary schools and Queen of Angels Catholic School.

Queen of Angels is a growing Catholic school, located in the heart of the North Huntingdon/Irwin communities.  We are sponsored by four neighboring parishes in the Diocese of Greensburg: St Agnes, St. Barbara, St. Elizabeth Ann Seton and Immaculate Conception.  We offer pre-school for ages 3, 4, and 5, half day and full day Kindergarten, 1st through 8th grade.

A publicly assisted four- year liberal arts college offering 26 baccalaureate degree programs and 19 minors.

WCCC offers associate degrees for career preparation or transfer into bachelors degree programs to approximately 6,000 students each semester.  The WCCC Business & Industry Center conducts WEDNET approved courses and customized training for area companies and organizations.
